Dinosaur Annex Music Ensemble presents an immersive performance at the Somerville Museum, inspired by the museum's new exhibit, Waterlines: Stories of Urban Ebb and Flow. In collaboration with artist and curator Arlinda Shtuni, newly rendered artworks by five notable local artists invite us to consider the ecological, spiritual, and social dimensions of water, and ask us to reawaken our personal connection to it. Northeastern University students will contribute soundscapes that add an ethereal aural layer to the exhibit, and Dinosaur Annex musicians will present a program of notated and improvised works which complement - and react to – the art and space.
